I have tried using different firmware - no gain, it actually made it difficult to connect to connect at all after firmware change so I had to get another firmware by calling the ISP. I have tried using different computers / laptop / switching from wifi to enet - no gain I have tried moving location with this modem - no gain I am not able to access any secured websites along with some more non secure websites using the modem specified above. I have more than one connections (different locations) from airtel, so more than one modem as well.īy doing a lot of troubleshooting personally, using help of the internet and the ISP I have concluded that the modem has a fault.
